We use inflatable bubble wraps, polyfoams and papers to protect your goods during transit. While we strive to ensure the safe delivery of your order, please note that we cannot guarantee the appearance of the outer package of goods due to factors beyond our control during delivery.

1. Please carefully read the terms and conditions before placing your order.

2. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by local authorities upon the arrival of the package.

3. Please note that all acrylic products may have a tolerance of ±0.1 to ±0.3mm. We take great care in manufacturing our products to ensure high quality and precision, but slight variations may occur due to the nature of the material and the production process.

4. Items sold are not refundable or replaceable. We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have regarding your purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.

5. If your product is damaged upon receipt (excluding issues with third-party shipping or courier services), please contact us immediately for refunds or replacements, providing proof of damage.

6. Sale items are non-refundable.

7. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order. We are not liable for mistakes or delays in delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Cancellations and changes related to the courier require at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled courier service.

9. All products will be shipped via our appointed third-party logistics company. Responsibility for delivery transitions to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the courier.

10. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors such as traffic conditions, weather, and unforeseen circumstances. Neither our company nor the courier will be liable for delays in delivery.

11. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customer's unavailability or incorrect contact information provided.

12. Our delivery partner's coverage area may change without notice. If your order is outside our delivery coverage area, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order, with prior notification.

13. In the event of the recipient's absence during delivery, re-delivery can be arranged at an additional cost.
